Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shields Solution Group, LLC

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing payments, refunds, and cancellations for services provided by Shields Solution Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing consulting services from the Company, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

Shields Solution Group, LLC provides professional consulting and advisory services including strategic planning, operational consulting, revenue development strategies, and executive advisory services.

Because consulting services involve professional time, intellectual property, and customized strategic recommendations, refunds are limited as described below.

2. Refund Policy

All consulting services are non-refundable once services have been delivered or work has commenced.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Strategy consultations

  • Advisory sessions

  • Written reports or recommendations

  • Business strategy development

  • Strategic planning sessions

  • Project analysis or research

Once consulting services begin, the time and expertise invested cannot be returned.

3. Project-Based Engagements

For fixed-fee consulting projects:

  • Payments made for completed project phases are non-refundable.

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion, minus any administrative or preparation costs already incurred.

4. Retainer Services

For recurring consulting retainers:

  • Retainers are billed in advance according to the agreed billing schedule.

  • Clients may cancel future retainer services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 10 business days before the next scheduled billing date.

Once a retainer billing cycle begins, that billing period is non-refundable.

 

5. Appointment Cancellations

If consulting sessions are scheduled:

  • Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.

  • Missed sessions without notice may be considered completed and may not be rescheduled.

 

6. Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Shields Solution Group, LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Because consulting services involve professional advisory work and intellectual property, documentation of services delivered may be used to respond to payment disputes with financial institutions.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the Company to resolve the issue may be considered a violation of the service agreement.

 

7. Processing Fees

If a refund is issued in situations where a refund is permitted, payment processing fees or administrative costs may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.

 

8. Policy Updates

Shields Solution Group, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
